Mrs Steward was born in Leigh, Lancashire which is located in the north of England just 10 miles outside Manchester.  She attended the University of Nottingham where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. 

After completing her degree, Mrs Steward traveled to the U.S.A where she eventually settled in Boerne via California and Dallas.  Mrs Steward worked as a training specialist in the retail industry for several years before returning to school at UTD to pursue her desired career in mathematics and education.  

Mrs Steward is in her ninth year of teaching and will be teaching AP Statistics, On Level Statistics and Honors PreCalculus during the 2022-2023 school year.  Mrs Steward has two children who attend Champion High School.

Mrs Steward is the Champions for Change club sponsor and the UIL Math Coach.
