Mrs. Allycia English

Ally English is a 4th grade teacher at Herff Elementary.  Mrs. English has a passion for working with students and helping them set goals and achieve them.  She believes it is important to build their confidence as learners and to encourage them to be the best they can be. It is important to Mrs. English to work closely with families as partners in education.

Mrs. English is a graduate of Texas State University.  She has been teaching since 2001 and has been a classroom teacher in 1st, 3rd, 4th and as a special education teacher at the elementary and middle school levels.  Being a part of a military family has allowed her to teach across the country in many states and abroad.

Mrs. English and her family found their forever home in Boerne in 2016. Her husband, Nathan and her have four children.  Finnigan(10), and Molly Mae(8) both attend Herff. Her oldest boys are Grady(14) at BHS and Dylan(18) is at Montana State University.

 She is super excited to be a part of BISD and that she is able to work and live within this wonderful community.  Best of all she is thrilled to be a Herff Hawk!
