Mrs. Lauren Tierney

This is Mrs. Tierney's fifth year here at Boerne ISD!  She has sixteen years of teaching experience where she has taught grades 1st-5th.  Mrs. Tierney is teaching 4th grade RLA and will be one of the campus sponsors for Student Council at Fabra Elementary this year! She is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University where she studied Interdisciplinary Studies in Elementary Education and has her ESL Certification as well as her GT.

She has been married for sixteen years and has two daughters, Kaylee and Kendall.  She loves to be outdoors, playing frisbee golf and soccer with her family, as well as love on her two fur babies!

Her job is her passion and loves her students as if they were her own! She likes to make learning fun, in a structured manner, and she loves presenting new information that will increase knowledge that her students will forever use and remember in a meaningful way!
