Mrs. Carmen Cesare is excited for the upcoming school year serving as the Behavior Specialist for Voss Middle School. She earned her Bachelor's in Human Services from University of Phoenix while she was living abroad and has her Master's in Educational Psychology from Walden University. Mrs. Cesare is married to her husband, Anthony, and she has four children. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, playing with her dogs Fred and Domino, reading, and crocheting.
