2023-2024 School Year - Mrs. Partin will be teaching Algebra 1 Honors, Algebra 1 On-Level/Inclusion, and Strategic Learning 1 & 2 classes. 

 Mrs. Partin is in her 21st year of teaching Middle School and High School Mathematics and her 4th year in Boerne ISD.  Mrs. Partin has taught a variety of mathematics subject areas including Middle School math 6th - 8th, High School Algebra 1 & 2, Geometry, and Financial Literacy. She has two years of experience as an academic mathematics coach working with teachers on curriculum, lesson planning, hands-on activities, technology, and providing extra support in the classroom. Mrs. Partin also has two year's experience as a math department coordinator and team leader for the grade level. 

She has 1 year experience as a UIL Academic Coordinator, along with 21 years of experience as a UIL Mathematics Coach competing in Number Sense, Mathematics, and Calculator Competitions in Middle School and High School.  She also has 8 years of experience as a MathCounts Coach taking students to math competitions where her teams have placed 2nd at regionals and have made it to the state three times.

Mrs. Partin attended Southwest Texas State University, earning her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with Mathematics and a Minor in Business Administration. 

When she is not teaching in the classroom, Mrs. Partin enjoys cheering on her daughter in softball and watching her youngest son excel in robotics and UIL competitions. Her daughter will be a Sophomore at Boerne High School and her son will be a 7th grader at Boerne Middle School North. Mrs. Partin also has an older son that attended Marshall University, but he just got drafted in the MLB draft this summer for the San Diego Padres. Her children are the joy of her life. Mrs. Partin also enjoys attending her students' extracurricular activities, traveling, the outdoors, fishing and hunting, going to the beach and spending time with family and friends.
