Mrs. Whitney Heath

Mrs. Heath is in her 6th year of teaching, and this will be her first year teaching 2nd grade! She spent the past four years teaching 3rd grade, and one year teaching 1st. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (WHOOP!). This will be her fourth year teaching at Van Raub. She prides herself on making deep, meaningful connections with her students. Her goal is to create a welcoming and nurturing classroom community that fosters a love for learning, and challenges students to reach their full potential!

Mrs. Heath and her husband Josh have a son Noah (11), and daughter Emmy (6). They are a family of animal lovers and enjoy spoiling their dogs, cats, frogs, fish, and geckos! They love to spend their free time going on outdoor adventures and relaxing at home. She cannot wait to get to know her new 2nd graders and their families!
