Hello Health Science Students and Parents!!

I was born on the Southeast side of San Antonio, and my family and I have lived in and around the Boerne area since I was two years old. I was raised in Leon Springs, graduated from Clark High School, and went on to graduate from UT Health Science Center in San Antonio and UTSA.

I have been a registered nurse since 1995, and have been a teacher since 2002.

I have taught Life Science, Earth and Physical Science, Biology, Principles of Health Science, Medical Terminology, Anatomy & Physiology, Health Science Theory, Practicum of Health Science, Medical Assisting, Medical-Surgical Technology, and Pharmacology. 

I am really happy to be teaching Principles of Health Science and Health Science Theory this year! 

My mission is to spread my love for health science to my students and increase their knowledge and skills related to the health science professions!
