Mr. Jose Rafael Cantu

Jose Rafael Cantu is a third grade Dual Language math and science teacher at Kendall Elementary School in Boerne I.S.D. Teaching math is his purpose. He makes learning easy through laughter, hard work, problem solving, and critical thinking. He lives on a ranch between Welfare and Comfort with his wife, and two labrador dogs. He enjoys hiking, camping, and hunting. This is his 20th year in the classroom all at the elementary level. Mr. Cantu graduated from the University of Texas Pan American (UTPA now UTRGV) in Edinburg, Texas with a degree in Interdiciplinary Studies and a minor in History. Prepare to shine bright this new school year!

José Rafael Cantú es un maestro de matemáticas y ciencias de lenguaje dual de tercer grado en la Escuela Primaria Kendall en Boerne I.S.D. Enseñar matemáticas es su propósito. Facilita el aprendizaje mediante la risa, el trabajo duro, la resolución de problemas y el pensamiento crítico. Vive en un rancho entre Welfare y Comfort con su esposa y dos perros labradores. Le gusta ir de excursión, acampar y cazar. Este es su vigésimo año en el salón de clases, todo a nivel de primaria. El Sr. Cantu se graduó de la Universidad de Texas Pan American (UTPA ahora UTRGV) en Edinburg, Texas con una licenciatura en Estudios Interdisciplinarios y una especialización en Historia. ¡Prepárese para brillar este nuevo año escolar!
