Mrs. Jordyn Blunt

Mrs. Blunt is so excited to be back at Boerne High School this year! The 2023-2024 school year marks her 7th year as an educator, with 5 of those years teaching 8th grade U.S. History at Boerne Middle School South. She is the loudest and proudest member of the Fightin' Texas Aggie Class of 2015, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. In 2017, she completed an alternative certification teaching program where she became certified to teach Social Studies grades 7-12.

Mrs. Blunt has just celebrated her sixth year of marriage with her husband, Cody, and together they have a three year-old son, named Levi, and a baby girl, named Reese, who was born last December. Mrs. Blunt has been blessed to be highlighted as a Teacher Spotlight Winner three times during her time in BISD, and truly loves her job. Mrs. Blunt has always possessed a deep love for history and the social sciences and strives to engage students in history in a relevant and authentic way. Mrs. Blunt will be teaching AP World History and AP Psychology this year. GO GREYHOUNDS!
