The State of Texas administers the State if Texas Assessment of Academic Readiness (STAAR) test for Social Studies in 8th Grade US History and End of Course (EOC) Test in 11th Grade US History.

The Important dates for the 2020-2021 School Year:

Middle School US History STAAR Test Dates

• May 10-14th 8th Grade US History STAAR Test Window

High School US History EOC Test Dates

• December 8-11th US History Retest Window.  (This is Just for students who either Failed or Missed the regular EOC exam last year, OR are new to Texas and need to take the EOC to Graduate.)
• May 10-14th US History EOC Test Window
