Compensation

Boerne ISD proudly offers a competitive compensation and benefits package for all eligible employees.  

 

Human Resources is responsible for designing and managing pay structures, job description development and evaluation, and general pay administration; whereas the Payroll Department is responsible for payment and verification of salary and wages.

2025-26 Increases

  • Teacher, Nurse, Librarian Step 1-2 = $1,000 raise
  • Teacher, Nurse, Librarian Step 3-4 = $2,500 raise
  • Teacher, Nurse, Librarian Step 5+ = $5,000 raise 
  • Auxiliary and Paraprofessionals = 25 cents/hour increase (Does not apply to temporary staff)                                      
  • Professional Staff = 2% increase on actual salary
