Boerne ISD proudly offers a competitive compensation and benefits package for all eligible employees.
Human Resources is responsible for designing and managing pay structures, job description development and evaluation, and general pay administration; whereas the Payroll Department is responsible for payment and verification of salary and wages.
2024-25 Increases

Teachers, Nurses, and Librarians - 1.5% increase of the 15 year midpoint

Auxiliary and Paraprofessionals - 2.5% of the pay grade midpoint

Professional Pay Grades AP01 - AP06 will receive a 1.5% increase of the pay grade midpoint

Professional Pay Grades AP07 or above will receive a 0.5% increase of the pay grade midpoint
