You are responsible for the accuracy of your transcript order. Please read and understand all the information on this page for accurate processing. Transcripts will not be emailed to ensure personally identifiable information is protected.

You may request your transcript by contacting the registrar’s office at Boerne High School or Champion High School.

You may also request a transcript by completing the transcript request form and sending it via:

MAIL the completed form and payment to:

IN PERSON by bringing the completed form, payment and photo ID to the District Office, 235 Johns Rd, Boerne.

Photo ID and signature are required when picking up transcripts.
