Daniel Chapa teaches 6th and 8th grade Social Studies/History at Voss Middle School.  This will be his 5th year in Boerne ISD but will be entering his 10th year of teaching.  He began his teaching career in Northside ISD after graduating from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Social Studies and English Language Arts in 2012. In his previous position, Daniel led a 6th grade team, was a Student Council representative, PTA liaison, and intramural coordinator.  He is the sponsor for the current Voss Chess Club.

Daniel relishes the opportunity to share his passion of history and culture with his students.  He strives for his students to become strong leaders on the field as well as in the classroom.  Outside of the classroom, Daniel enjoys traveling, watching sports with friends, and hanging out with his dogs.
