Ms. Brook Taylor

Ms. Taylor is in her fifth year of teaching, her third at Boerne Middle School South. She is a Boerne native and is the fourth generation in her family to graduate from Boerne High. Ms. Taylor went on to graduate from Texas Tech University (Wreck 'em!) with a dual degree in Political Science and History. For three years after college, she worked in the political realm at both the national and state levels.

In 2016, she moved to Malaga, Spain to begin her teaching career. Ms. Taylor taught Social Studies and Science in a bilingual school where she found her true passion - teaching at the middle school level. She is a sponsor for both Student Council and NJHS, as well as a UIL coach for the 2022-2023 school year.

In her free time, she loves to travel (38 countries and counting!), attend live Texas country concerts, and spend time with her two cats.
