You are responsible for the accuracy of your transcript order. Please read and understand all the information on this page for accurate processing.

You may request your transcript by contacting the registrar’s office at Boerne High School or Champion High School:

• Current BHS students who would like to order a transcript should email Karen Ellis
• Current CHS students who would like to order a transcript should email Donna Gardner

You may also request a transcript by completing the transcript request form and sending it via:

• FAX to (830) 357-2159
• MAIL the completed form and payment to:
  Boerne ISD Transcripts
  235 Johns Rd.
  Boerne, TX 78006, or
• IN PERSON by bringing the completed form, payment, and photo ID to the District Office, 235 Johns Rd, Boerne.

Photo ID and signature are required when picking up transcripts.

Corporations and agencies, please send a written education verification request along with the former student’s release form by fax to (830) 357-2159, or by email transcripts@boerneisd.net.
