Football practice rescheduled due to heat!

Attn: BMSN 7th & 8th grade Football parents/guardians/players,

Due to the ongoing extreme heat conditions, we are implementing a change in our practice schedule to ensure everyone's safety and well-being.

Starting Tuesday, August 13, 2024, all after school Football practices will be rescheduled to 6:45 AM – 8:00 AM, when temperatures are expected to be more manageable. We believe this adjustment will help us maintain a safer environment while continuing to focus on our training goals. We will announce when temperatures are safe to resume after school practices 4:15 PM - 6:00 PM.

Please take the following precautions to stay safe during this period:

• Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water before, during, and after practice.
• Listen to your body and inform us if you’re feeling unwell or overheated.
