BISD Welcomes Three Assistant Principals

Vice Principals The Boerne Independent School District welcomed three assistant principals to their new campuses at recent school board meetings.

The new assistant principals are as follows; Jillian Rogers at Boerne Middle School North, Beth Miller at Dr. Ferdinand L. Herff Elementary School, and Eileen Grose at Mark T. Voss Middle School.

Jillian Rogers has worked in the district since 2009 as a Dyslexia Specialist on the elementary, middle and high school levels. Ms. Rogers most recently completed her Master of Education degree and served as an administrative intern at the Boerne Middle School South campus.

Ms. Rogers said she has a passion for inspiring forward-thinking, data-driven, technology-rich instruction who will lead with compassion and integrity.

Beth Miller said she is looking forward to helping the new Herff Elementary School and brings almost two decades of classroom and administrative experience to her new position. After earning her Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership, Ms. Miller taught in Florida before serving as Assistant Principal at Cibolo Creek Elementary School in BISD.

She most recently was Head of School at a local private school in Boerne but said she is thrilled to be returning to BISD.

Eileen Grose said it’s a pleasure and an honor to become a member of the Voss and Boerne community. Ms. Grose earned a Master in Education and a Master in Educational Leadership degree after serving in the United States Navy.

Ms. Grose most recently served as the assistant principal at Pleasanton High School and said she is looking forward to meeting and working with everyone at Voss and building its legacy.
