Boerne ISD Closes Out Year Safely With Text Book Return, Item Pick Up

Fabra May 21, 2020- The 2019-20 school year officially came to a close for Boerne ISD on Thursday. All 12 campuses held events for parents and students to drop off their textbooks and school-issued items, as well as to pick up items that students may have left in lockers and classrooms. The end-of-year events implemented safety protocols and used social distancing, with parents and students staying in their cars during the drop-off and pick-up times.

Administration and staff from each school prepared bags that were donated from RBFCU and HEB with students belongings that were left in their lockers or classrooms before Spring Break, which began on March 6th. Parents and students received specific instructions from their principals on what to return to their schools, such as text books, library books, athletic and band equipment, among other items.

Boerne ISD extends our thanks to all parents, students and staff for their hard work and support during the last two months. BHS
