September 17, 2020- The Boerne Independent School District has announced that its Pre-K program has had a 20% increase in students at the start of the 2020-21 school year. Boerne ISD offers full-day Pre-K to all eligible students that are 4 years old by September 1st.
“We are excited that our Pre-K program is growing at a steady rate compared to this time last year,” Said Boerne ISD Early Childhood Director Renee Munn. “The growth is a testament to our amazing certified teachers, who bring high-quality early childhood credentials to BISD. Pre-K is important to a child's development and school readiness, and our teachers prepare our young students very well,” Munn said.
Pre-K classes are offered at all BISD elementary campuses for students who qualify.
