September 22, 2020- The Boerne Independent School District announced that for the first time in history, both Boerne High School and Champion High Football teams are ranked in the top 10 at the same time in the Statewide Harris ratings. The Chargers are ranked 9th in Class 5-A while the Greyhounds are #10 in Class 4-A.
The 3-1 Greyhounds host rival Fredericksburg on Thursday at Boerne ISD Stadium, while the Chargers open their season on the road at Victoria West on Friday.
