November 15, 2022- The Boerne ISD Board of Trustees approved Bandy Constructors as the contractor to build Elementary School #8.
The Bandy Constructors bid totaled $36 million dollars at $365 per square foot, which was the lowest bid of any contractor and is the best value for Boerne ISD.
Other school districts in our area recently paid over $420 per square foot to build new schools.
Elementary #8 is scheduled to open in August 2024.
