District Unveils New Website

The Boerne Independent School District is happy to unveil their temporary new website for the month of July. This temporary version of our website will be replaced with the similar, but permanent, version on August 1, 2018. Changing to this version before the official website launch will give the district time to get everything in place for the August launch.

BISD's Director of Technology, John Atchison, said of the change, "We are excited for this new site. It has been needed, and we've worked very hard to make it easily accessible and user friendly."

Atchison continued, "Our district is growing so rapidly, and we need a website that can grow with us." 

"This website is capable of changing with our growing district," said Communications Director for the district, Jocelyn Durand. "We will not only be able to share news more rapidly by using the website, but we will be able to send messages directly to parents in a much more efficient and effective way."

BISD encourages visitors to explore our new website with the mind-set that it is still a work-in-progress. The official website launch, again, is August 1, 2018.
