How do I order technology for my campus/department?
When you want to order technology hardware or software for your campus or department contact us in two ways. Give the Technology Department a call at (830) 357-2000 or you can enter in a work order in SchoolDude-Helpdesk. (be sure to select "Procurements" as the work type)
Let us know what you need, and the budget you plan to use.
(if the items are approved) - We will get quotes for you and send them over. (if you are a teacher requesting items, you need to take the quotes to your Bookkeeper, Purchasing Person at your campus).
Your items will be ordered once a PO is created. The items will delivered to the Technology Department first.
We will take care of asset tagging, installing standard software and then deliver/ install(if needed) to your campus.
