Budget Strategy and Advisory Committee

Committee Purpose

Boerne ISD’s Budget Strategy & Advisory Committee has been established to address the significant financial challenges facing the district due to stagnant revenue and rising operational costs.

The committee will work closely with BISD leadership to:

• Analyze financial data and trends
• Review key financial indicators
• Develop and provide thoughtful recommendations to the BISD Board of Trustees on strategies to meet the district’s financial needs

Through this collaboration, the committee will play an important role in helping BISD navigate these challenges and ensure the district's continued financial stability.
