Resignations & Separations
Resignations & Separations
Thank you for your service to the students and staff of Boerne ISD. As you prepare to end your employment with Boerne ISD, please review the information below.
Submitting a Resignation or Retirement Notification
- Prior to submitting a resignation through TalentEd, an employee should inform his/her direct supervisor of his/her plan to resign/retire.
- Submit your resignation.
- Login to TalentEd Records and select "Available Forms" in the left menu
- Select "Resignation/Exit Form" and complete the required fields.
- Click on hyperlink at top of resignation form to obtain Service Records
Retirement Tip: Your resignation date may be different from your retirement date. Your resignation date is your last working day at BISD and this is the date to include in your resignation letter. TRS requires your retirement date to be the last day of a month and that is the date you will state in your retirement application.
