Special Dietary Needs
If your child has been identified as having a disability and has special dietary needs, changes can be made to your child's school breakfast and/or lunch at no extra charge with the proper documentation from a licensed medical professional.
- The resource below provides some additional information on what is needed for the accommodations as well as a blank copy of our medical documentation form. This form is not mandatory, a note signed by the doctor is sufficient as long as it has all of the details needed to make the accommodations.
