Planning a special function? Our department is proud to cater to your food service needs.  We offer a full-service catering experience for small or large meetings with a wide range of catering services from simple beverage service to full-service meals.  Whether you desire quick, casual or fine dining experiences, we can exceed your expectations. With over 40 years of catering and culinary experience, we can help plan your event menu.  There is nothing that we cannot do for you!

Please look over our sample catering menu for ideas, or call us to fully customize your menu and event for you! We are a full-service catering company and are available for on- and off-site events. All catering proceeds go directly to funding the BISD Child Nutrition Program and stay within the District!

  • You will need to fill out the top part including budget code to be charged.  You will then input your menu in the menu section.
  • Submit the completed form to district chef and we will review your request, convert it into a quote and email it back to you for approval.
