Mrs. Phelps has been teaching at Kendall Elementary since 2015 and is a Resource/Inclusion teacher. She has also taught first grade at Kendall.  She loves the community atmosphere at BISD and positive relationships with all the great students, families, co-workers, and community. Mrs. Phelps lives in Boerne with her family and her hobbies include spending time with her family, traveling to new places, and watching hockey.
