Mrs. Jessica Phelps

Mrs. Phelps has taught at Kendall Elementary since 2015 as a Special Education Resource/Inclusion Teacher. She has also taught first grade at Kendall.  She loves the community atmosphere at BISD and positive relationships with all the great students, families, co-workers, and community. Mrs. Phelps lives in Boerne with her family, and her hobbies include spending time with her family and traveling to new places.
