Ms. Tina Mikrut

Tina Mikrut is a 5th grade math teacher.  Tina graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1982 with a degree in education and a minor in math.  She began her teaching career in 1982 in Ft. Bend ISD.   She taught at Ft. Bend for 11 years before becoming a stay-at-home mom.  Tina also taught preschool at First Baptist School in Boerne for 5 years.   She has been at Kendall Elementary school for 20 years, starting her 21st year at Kendall.  Tina has a grown daughter who went K-12 in Boerne ISD, graduated from Champion HS, and was a Kendall knight 2nd grader the first year Kendall opened. Besides teaching, Tina enjoys sewing in her spare time.

Tina is a passionate teacher who loves math. Tina will be teaching math and science this year.  This year, Tina will be team teaching with  Sara Lambert.  

Tina is looking forward to the new school year and the challenges it brings.
