Mrs. Amber Weidenfeller
Amber Weidenfeller is a Kindergarten teacher in Boerne ISD. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Angelo State University. She holds certification as a Gifted and Talented Teacher and English Second Language Teacher.
She started her career in 2001 in Carrizo Springs CISD, where she served 5 years as a Kindergarten teacher. She moved to Boerne ISD where she is currently going into her 18th year at Kendall Elementary, 17 years as a Kindergarten teacher and year 1 as a Second Grade Teacher. Amber serves as one of the Boerne Outdoor Academy Administrators. She is a member of the Association of Texas Professional Educators.
Amber has been married to Greg for 21 years. They have two children, Logann, who is a Freshman at Texas A&M University, Whoop! and Tate, who is in the 8th grade at Boerne Middle School South. They enjoy vacationing together, raising and showing 4-H show goats and putting in a good day of fishing!!!
