Mrs. Brandey Gideon

Mrs. Gideon is from Beaumont, Texas and moved to Boerne in 2023, where she joined the 4th grade team at Cibolo Creek.  She holds a Bachelor of Science from Lamar University, Beaumont, and has worked in education since 2014.  She has taught PK, Kindergarten, and 5th Grade Science, as well as Middle School Science, Coding & Programming, Forensic Science, and even Mahjong!

Mrs. Gideon is a lifelong learner and takes her teaching inspiration from the quote "Sometimes it is the people who no one imagines anything of who do the things that no one can imagine", from the movie The Imitation Game.  It motivates her to make meaningful connections with her students and to encourage them to increase their curiosity, awareness, and knowledge of the world around them.

Mrs. Gideon has been married since 1997 and has three daughters; Greta, Meredith, and Emery.  She also has two Australian Shepherds named Mellie and Penny.  In her spare time, she enjoys cooking with her family and formulating in her skincare lab.
