Mrs. Kathryn Traynor

This is Mrs. Traynor's 12th year teaching! She has taught 1st-3rd grade. It is her first year teaching in BISD at Fair Oaks Ranch Elementary. She has previously taught in Southwest ISD and Northside ISD. Mrs. Traynor received her Bachelor's Degree from The College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio. She earned her Master of Arts in Teaching at Trinity University, which is what brought her to Texas. She is originally from the suburbs right outside of Chicago.

Mrs. Traynor and her husband, Tim, have three daughters. Taylor and Charlotte will attend FORES in 2nd and Kinder this year. Madison just turned 2 and will have to wait another year to attend. Our family also includes our dog named Raider (Tim is a Texas Tech alum). 

Mrs. Traynor loves reading, cheering on the Spurs, spending time with her family, and being outside (when the Texas weather permits). She is excited to teach 1st grade at FORES this year!
