Ms. Schell

The  2023-2024 school year will mark Ms. Schell’s 23rd year of teaching in BISD.  Her BISD home is at Curington where she has taught 2nd and 3rd grade.  Before Boerne, Ms. Schell taught 1st grade in San Antonio and spent 8 years out of the classroom with her daughters.  She received both her Bachelors and Master's degrees at UTSA.  Ms. Schell has called Boerne home for 30+ years.  

Ms.Schell believes a classroom should be an environment where children engage, explore, take risks, make mistakes, work hard, believe, be an encourager for others and create a lifelong love of learning.
