Ms. Yvette Faulkner

Ms. Yvette Faulkner is blessed with the opportunity to teach 4^th grade math for the fourth year at Curington Elementary. She moved back to San Antonio area three years ago after teaching 3rd-grade math/science in Houston for seven years. She has worked with children in a teaching capacity for over 20 years now! Yvette started out as a preschool teacher at Castle Hills Baptist School at the age of 17. After realizing how much she enjoyed teaching, she stayed for 19 years. Her former coworkers would say that she “specializes” in building positive relationships with students and coworkers.

Yvette is the proud mom of twin 4-year-old girls, Yvelle and Yvain, who have turned her life and heart upside down. As a graduate of Winston Churchill High School then UTSA, Yvette was born and raised in San Antonio and is so happy to be in a community her girls can group up in.
