Mrs. Wanda Morgan

Wanda Morgan has enjoyed working with children and families in both educational and therapeutic settings. She taught many bright faces at her inclusive home-based preschoool for six years, and spent the next 35+ years learning and teaching in CA, Japan, Idaho, and now, Texas! She began as a long-term sub, returned, and now is in her 9th year of teaching at Fabra. She has a BS in Child Development from Boise State University and a Masters of Arts in Teaching with an Endorsement in Special Education from Walden University.  Mrs. Morgan is very happy that her career has brought her full circle, and she gets to return to her first love, PreK/ECE because of her passion for early intervention, and inspiring young children to believe in themselves and keep reaching higher every day.

Wanda and her husband Michael moved to Texas a little over 10 years ago and have a daughter Sarah, son-in law Ethan, and a niece who all graduated from BHS, Go Greyhounds!  The Morgan's love to travel, have 2 grandchildren Zoe and Finn, who live in VA Beach, and get to boast that their family represents all 5 branches of military service, including a son in the Navy, and son-in-law in the Coast Guard. Wanda loves working at Fabra because she gets to be a vital part of a family of teachers and support staff who believe in the power of a village, working together for the future of each student that walks through our doors.
