Mrs. Rosa Ornelas

Mrs. Rosa Ornelas is so excited to be the 2nd grade Dual Language teacher for the 3rd consecutive school year and be part of the Fabra Family.  This school year will be her 18th year as an educator, in addition to 3 years in higher education as an Admission Counselor.  She has taught in various public Texas school districts as a Dual Language and Bilingual teacher, and most recently was an Elementary School Counselor for 6 years. Mrs. Ornelas' goal as an educator is to help every child reach their full potential while providing them with a positive and fun learning environment.
