Mrs. Kelly Garcia

Kelly Garcia is the Challenge Lab Instructor at Van Raub and Curington Elementary.  She is originally from Belton TX and received a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Sul Ross State University in Alpine TX.  She is a certified Early Childhood Intervention Specialist and has over 16 years of working with children in various professional settings. 

She has a true passion for working with young learners.  Helping each student progress in all areas of their development is a challenge that she is honored to accept every day.  She strives to create a community of learners that nurtures this growth in a positive, fun, and engaging environment. 

She has been married for 17 years and has two children, one will attend Van Raub elementary and the other BMSS.   Her husband recently retired from the Marine Corps and they are proud to call Boerne home.  She enjoys photography, cooking, playing guitar, hiking, relaxing at the beach, and spending time with friends and family.
