Boerne, Champion New UIL Districts Announced for 2024-26

February 1, 2024- The University Interscholastic League (UIL) announced its biennial realignment and reclassification for all sports for the 2024-26 seasons.

For the first time ever, the Boerne Greyhounds and Champion Chargers will compete in the same district and will play against each other in every sport except football. Based on student enrollment, Boerne moved up to Class 5A Division 2, while Champion remained in Class 5A Division 1.
