February 17, 2024- The Boerne Independent School District will hold an election for the School Board of Trustees on Saturday, May 4, 2024.
The deadline to file an application for a place on the ballot was this past Friday, February 16, at 5:00 p.m.
Based on the applications received, the candidates for each place up for election this year, listed in the order their packet was submitted, are as follows:
Place 1: Carlin Friar (incumbent), Mike Stewart, Candace Affeldt
Place 2: Dallas Pipes, Noah Oviedo
Place 3: Courtney Darter-Bruce, Thomas Nordstrand
The deadline to file a declaration of Write-In Candidacy is Tuesday, February 20 at 5:00 p.m.
The deadline for a candidate to withdraw their name from the ballot for the election is Friday, February 23, at 5:00 p.m.
Early voting will begin on Monday, April 22 and will end on Tuesday, April 30. Election day is Saturday, May 4.
