October 1, 2020- The Boerne Independent School District has partnered with Health Heroes to offer the flu shot to all students ages 4 and up on Wednesday, October 28, on all BISD campuses.
Parents will need to complete the consent form (in either English or Spanish) and turn it in prior to receiving the vaccine on October 28th. Your health insurance information, Medicaid, or CHIP information should be included on this permission slip. For those without any medical insurance, there will be no charge. If you have any questions please contact your campus nurse.
