December 9, 2020- A total of 39 football student-athletes from Boerne and Champion High Schools have been named to the Texas High School 
Coaches Association and Coaches Education Foundation (THSCA) All-State Academic Team. Champion led the way with 26 making the grade, including seven being named first-team, while Boerne had 13 earn honors, with nine making the second team.
