Guest Teachers will also maintain the emergency pay rates implemented in the spring.

In addition, TRS health insurance premiums have been significantly reduced for the 22-23 plan year. The district will continue contributing at the current rate based on the plan election. Savings directly to employees will range from $852 to $4,068 a year. The average insurance cost savings for BISD employees will be $1,548.
