March 28, 2023- The Champion High School Saxophonix placed 15th at the 2023 UIL State Chamber Music Festival in Bastrop.
The Saxophonics are the first-ever Boerne ISD ensemble that has been selected as a State Finalist in this event. The group qualified for the Festival via a recorded audition submitted earlier this year and competed against top ensembles from across the state.
