November 27, 2023- A total of 10 Boerne Independent School District campuses were ranked among the U.S. News & World Report list of the top elementary and middle schools in Texas. The elementary and middle school rankings place BISD schools among the top 40% in the state.
All seven district elementary schools made the list and placed among the top 1,200 primary schools in the state.
In addition, all three BISD middle schools ranked among the top 420 middle schools in Texas, with Voss finishing the highest at #119.
In August, both Champion and Boerne High School were ranked by U.S News and World Report as two of the best public high schools in the state, with all 12 BIDD campuses placing among the best in Texas.
According to the list, U.S. News & World Report evaluated 45,236 elementary schools and 22,053 middle schools and ranked them based on their test performances, high school preparedness, and graduation rates.
