Facility Use and Rentals

  • BHS Cafeteria The Boerne Independent School District Board of Trustees welcomes public use of school facilities for educational, recreational, civic or social activities, when these activities do not conflict with school use or with local or state laws or regulations, and in accordance with Board Policy and District Procedures - policy GKD (LEGAL) and GKD (LOCAL).

    Requests for non-school use of district facilities shall be considered on a first-come-first-served basis. Academic and extracurricular activities sponsored by the district shall always have priority. Champion HS Aerial View The superintendent shall have authority to cancel a scheduled non-school use if an unexpected conflict arises with a district activity.

  • Please Note: All Facility rentals have been suspended for the remainder of the school year. If you currently have a facility rental scheduled and you have made payment, please contact patricia.flores@boerneisd.net to request a refund. Please include the organization name, event title, location, date of rental, and amount paid and we will begin the process of reimbursement. We will mail a check to the address listed on the rental request. Please note that it may take longer than expected to recieve your check, as we are working modified hours. We appreciate your patience. Thank you.
