Chief Administrative Officer

Dr. O’Hare joins Boerne ISD after spending eight years in Pflugerville ISD, most recently serving as the Executive Director of Secondary Schools. In this role, Dr. O’Hare oversees a total of 12 middle and high school campuses, as well as the Director of Athletics, and all district athletic programs.
Prior to joining PISD, Dr. O’Hare served as the Director of Secondary Academics at Lake Travis ISD, and was a Principal and Teacher in Brazosport ISD and Clear Creek ISD, respectively. In his award-winning 22-year educational career, he was named the 2012 Region IV Principal Recognition for Outstanding Leadership and the 2012 Brazosport ISD Principal of the Year, among other honors.
Dr. O’Hare earned his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Houston in 2012, after graduating with a Masters in Educational Management from the University of Houston Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Houston. He and his wife Reagan have three children: Michael, Noah, and William.

Jill Rhodes Pruin

Jill Rhodes Pruin joined Boerne ISD in June 2024 after spending nearly eight years in San Antonio ISD, most recently as Deputy Chief of Human Capital Management. In this role, she led all aspects of the department in collaboration with the Chief of Human Capital Management, including strategic staffing initiatives, recruitment events, human capital budget initiatives, and more.
She has 21 years of education experience as a teacher, school administrator, and central office leader, and has served in several district, regional, and state leadership roles.
Prior to joining SAISD, Rhodes Pruin served as a Leadership Development Specialist at Education Service Center Region 20 and was responsible for the successful rollout and implementation of the Texas Teacher (TTESS) and Principal (TPESS) Evaluation and Support Systems for over 50 school districts.
Rhodes Pruin earned a Bachelor’s in International Business from Texas State University and completed her Master’s of Business Administration while working as a systems analyst for USAA. After becoming a mom, Rhodes Pruin transitioned into education, completing her undergraduate studies in secondary education at Midwestern State University and earning her Master’s in Education Administration from Lamar University.
She and her husband, Grant, have six children – Seth, Blake, Kassidy, Julia, Caleb, and Olivia – and a six-year-old grandson, Jagger.

Email:Larissa.Flores@boerneisd.netLarissa S. Flores is the Chief Instructional Officer for Boerne Independent School District, bringing over 22 years of dedicated experience in education. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication-Journalism and a Master’s in Educational Administration from The University of Texas-Pan American (now UT-Rio Grande Valley) in Edinburg, TX.
Larissa's career began in the Rio Grande Valley with Pharr San Juan Alamo ISD in San Juan, Texas, where her passion for education flourished. Growing up as the youngest on a family ranch in deep South Texas instilled in her a strong work ethic and the value of building meaningful relationships. This foundation has shaped her commitment to ensuring that the well-being of every child is central to every decision made within the educational landscape.
Interestingly, education was not her initial career choice. With aspirations of becoming a broadcast journalist, she began her journey teaching Journalism at PSJA High School in 2002. She quickly advanced to Assistant Principal in 2007 and was appointed Principal of Ballew High School in 2012. Under her leadership, Ballew High School transitioned to an Early College High School, enabling students of varying ages to meet graduation requirements while forging pathways to higher education. Following this role, she served as Principal at Stephen F. Austin Middle School, where her leadership earned the school numerous academic distinctions from the Texas Education Agency.
Larissa resides in Boerne with her husband, Azael “AZ” Flores, a long-time resident of the area. Together, they are proud parents of four grown children. With a focus on nurturing the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of every child, Larissa continues to make a profound impact on the educational community.

Chief Financial Officer
Wesley Scott

Wesley Scott serves as Boerne ISD’s Chief Financial Officer.
Scott joined Boerne ISD in November 2020 after five years as the Assistant Superintendent for Budget and Finance at Northside ISD. At Northside, Scott was responsible for the Accounting, Payroll, Budget, Special Revenue, and Purchasing Departments and their 100 employees.
Prior to joining NISD, Scott served as the Assistant Superintendent of Business and Finance and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Dallas County Schools.
Scott is a 1992 graduate of Abilene Christian University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Registered Texas School Business Administrator (RTSBA).
After graduating from college, Scott worked at Weaver and Tidwell for 14 years, a midsize public accounting firm.
He and his wife Stephanie have three children, McKenlee, Ransom, and Fielder.

Chief Technology Officer
Sean Babcock

Mr. Babcock joins Boerne ISD after spending 23 years in Corpus Christi ISD, where he focused on creating a strong and secure infrastructure in which every student has access to a broad spectrum of technology.
In his award-winning career, Mr. Babcock has helped lead Corpus Christi ISD to receive state and national recognition by earning the Cyberstar award from the Texas Department for Information Resources and the CoSN Trusted Learning Environment Seal. Most recently, CCISD also earned the CoSN Community Leadership Award for Digital Equity.
During his time with CCISD Mr. Babcock has served in various community leadership roles on boards and committees, including Leadership Corpus Christi as the chair, Nueces County Beach Management Advisory Committee as committee member and secretary, as well as the Boy Scouts of America Advisory Board and as an Assistant Scoutmaster while his son achieved Eagle Scout.
Mr. Babcock earned his bachelor’s and master's degrees in Computer Science with a focus on computer programming from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi. He has earned several distinguished technical certifications, including Certified Educational Technology Leader (CETL), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
Mr. Babcock and his wife of 28 years, Theresa, have two children, Alec, 18, and Kira, 16.

Rick Goodrich

Rick Goodrich has 22 years of law enforcement investigative experience with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), as well as 22 years of distinguished military service with the United States Air Force. SSA Goodrich most recently served as the supervisor for the San Antonio Texas Anti-Gang Initiative (TAG), which is a multi-agency unit comprised of representatives from eight separate agencies which include, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), and more.
Goodrich also managed Special Agents assigned to the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force, DHS/HSI, and San Antonio Police Department Narcotics Unit.
He was also the Commander of the DEA Houston Divisions Special Response Team (SRT), and is certified as a FEMA Incident Commander and NIMS Coordinator for the Department of Justice.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Middle Tennessee State University, as well as the Air Force Command and Staff College.
Throughout his career, Goodrich responded to multiple critical incidents, including on 9/11 at the World Trade Center.
Goodrich and his wife Heather have a daughter, Maddie, who attends Boerne High School and is the Co-Captain of the Cheer Squad.

Mark Stahl

Boerne native Mark Stahl serves as BISD Chief Operations Officer.
Mr. Stahl has over 15 years of service with BISD, including the last year as Director of Construction and Planning. With deep roots in BISD, Mr. Stahl understands the local education landscape and implements tailored solutions.
Mr. Stahl holds a degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Texas Permian Basin and brings a unique perspective with a graduate certificate in Petroleum Exploration. Currently pursuing a master's degree in construction management at Texas State, he enhances educational infrastructure and manages complex projects.
He has a history of giving back to the community through his involvement in organizations like the Rotary Club of Boerne and the Kendall County Centurions. Mark's dedication, leadership, and diverse skills impact education in Boerne and beyond, promoting excellence, equity, and collaboration.
In his personal life, Mr. Stahl finds joy with his wife, three children, and first grandchild.

Krista Pomeroy is the Chief of Student Support Services for Boerne ISD. She has over 25 years of education experience, including the last three and a half years as Principal at Cibolo Creek, where she began in August 2019.
Prior to her time in Boerne ISD, Mrs. Pomeroy served as Principal in Southwest ISD and New Frontiers ISD.
Mrs. Pomeroy graduated from Chapman University in Orange, California with a BA in Psychology. After moving to Texas, she continued her studies at the University of Texas-San Antonio earning an MA in Counseling, followed by an MEd in Educational Leadership from Concordia University in Austin, TX.
In addition to serving as principal, Mrs. Pomeroy has had roles as an early childhood specialist, teacher, instructional coach, and assistant principal.
Mrs. Pomeroy is a Principal Advocacy Fellow with Raise Your Hand Texas. She is a cohort member of the Raising Family Partnerships Harvard Graduate School of Education and continues to seek opportunities to connect the school, home, and community through outreach, dialogue, and activities.
When not with her school family, Mrs. Pomeroy enjoys sharing time with her husband, Scott, and her son, Eric.

Yvette Reyna

Yvette Reyna has over 15 years of experience in public school education and more than 20 years in public relations, marketing, fundraising, and event planning. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, graduating Cum Laude, and a Master of Arts in Mass Communications from the University of the Incarnate Word. In 2009, Yvette transitioned from a career in television to pursue her passion for education.
She is an active member of several organizations, including the Kendall County Citizens Law Enforcement Academy Alumni Association, The University of Texas at San Antonio Alumni Association, The University of the Incarnate Word Alumni Association, and the Alpha Omicron Pi Alumnae Association. Yvette also serves as a mentor for a UTSA student-athlete and a student in Boerne ISD.
In 2023, she received the Women of Distinction Statewide Award from the Texas Association of Mexican American Chambers of Commerce and numerous awards from the Texas School Public Relations Association. Yvette and her husband David have three sons—Kameron, a 2019 Texas Christian University graduate, Deveraux, a high school student, and Beau, a middle school student.

Director of Special Education

Ann Seiter is in her 26 year in education and all 26 of those years have been spent in the field of Special Education. Ann has been a Special Education Teacher, Campus Coordinator, Area Coordinator and Assistant Principal at Curington Elementary School.
She then went on to be the Assistant Director of Special Education and the Director of Special Education at Boerne ISD, where she currently serves. Ann received her Bachelor of Science degree with a Major in Psychology from South West Texas State University in 1997.
She earned her Master in Education Psychology specializing in Special Education from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2001. Ann earned her second Masters in Educational Leadership from UTSA in 2003.
Before her 12 years at BISD, Ann worked in Southwest ISD, and Northside ISD.
Ann and her husband Charlie have three girls, who attended BISD schools and were actively involved in Stock Shows. They are enjoy spending time with their family, friends and grandchildren.

Athletic Director
Stan Leech

Stan Leech is in his 35th year with Boerne I.S.D. He is in his 22nd year as the district Athletic Director.
Coach Leech was the head boys’ basketball coach at Boerne High School for twenty-two seasons and the head boys’ basketball coach at Champion High School for ten seasons.
Mr. Leech received his bachelor’s degree in Physical Education in 1983 from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas. He completed his master’s degree in Education in 1984 also at Tarleton State.
Mr. Leech is married to Carla Leech who taught at the elementary level for 31 years before retiring in 2015. Together, they have two adult children, Courtney and Coby and one grandson, Jack Wells.
