Mr. Oates is currently in his 5th year as a teacher in BISD. Mr. Oates is a part of the Career and Technical Education team at Champion High School where he teaches Engineering Science (POE) and Fundamentals of Computer Science. Before coming to Champion High School, Mr. Oates was a teacher at Boerne Middle School South where he taught Science, Robotics, and Digital Literacy. Mr. Oates is a Boerne native and loves being able to serve the schools and community that served him. Mr. Oates continues to live in Boerne with his wife, two daughters, and soon to arrive son.
