Transcript forms are available in the main office, the counseling office and the registrar's office. They are to be turned in to Mrs. Gardner in the registrar's office.
If a student is withdrawing from our school, the parent and student must visit with the registrar to obtain records and complete a withdrawal form.The first 3 transcripts are provided free of charge with at least a 3 day processing period. After the first 3 there is a cost of $2.00 per copy with a 3 day processing period. Scholarship transcripts are provided free of charge with a 3 day processing period.
